As a part of the broader OCE Project, I designed a series of new customer communications EDMs (lead and opportunity nurture) and the accompanying customer journey in collaboration with the Head of Digital. I also designed and built a Figma prototype tool which allowed marketing team members to better communicate the changes to the customer experience; both to internal stakeholders like the board of Directors, and to prospective external partners. This was successful on all fronts; the comms are in use, and the prototype tool has been used on numerous occasions to pitch to prospective partners.
This project involved optimising the process of purchasing Life Insurance through NobleOak, and the introduction of a number of tools to facilitate this process. Thus far I have been involved in a number of aspects, including the development of the mobile Quote Tool user interface; the redesign of print collateral, including our Comparison brochure; the design of the nurture comms, provision of UI advice for the external online underwriting tool (iUnderwrite), and also a hand in the copywriting across all of these elements.
This project was an important step into my professional career, as various considerations had to be made at each stage for how this process would be integrated into existing sales systems (i.e. into Salesforce, into existing brand tone-of-voice, etc) and stringent regulations around Life Insurance products post Royal Commission. Further, I was mostly involved in design-related elements, and was able to successfully master Sketch and Figma through this project, but also developed a base knowledge of HTML and CSS.
I'm always open to working on innovative products and experiences.
