About
I lead two teams at Clipboard, now part of Compass Education, on the tools schools use to run sport and music programs — the work that lets coaches and music tutors spend less time on admin and more time driving positive student outcomes.
Most of it sits where extracurricular activities, integrations and growth meet: a product surface that needs both technical depth and an honest read on what teachers, parents and coaches actually need. I came to product from design, by way of logistics.
Joined as the first dedicated product hire. Took Clipboard Compete from 0 to 1 in my first year, then took on a dual-track product mandate that carried through Clipboard's acquisition by Compass.
Selected work
-
Clipboard Compete
Launched and scaled from 0 to 16 live associations within 12 months — ~$320K AUD in net-new annualised revenue, and a B2B network effect that locks in both the sporting association and the member schools that play in it.
-
Compass and Clipboard, connected
The foundational two-way data integration delivered inside a single school term: the first of its kind between a Student Information System and a sport and extracurricular platform, unblocking the parent company’s primary strategic objective for the year.
-
Activity Selection and Timesheets
Module attach rate lifted to 58% — 140 of 241 schools running multiple add-ons — alongside 18,100+ monthly operations and 3,110+ coaches and music tutors logging compliant timesheets.
-
CartonCloud
Product development and go-to-market across two squads building specialist logistics features, a Product Marketing function established from scratch, and the billing experience that removed the main friction point in North American deals.
